Rooted in the intersection of theology, trauma psychology and lived experience, RAPHA explores the wounds that shape us and the pathways that lead towards restoration.

Drawing from professional trauma training, lived experience of the Northern Ireland Troubles and deep theological insight, RAPHA brings together knowledge and heart wisdom to help people understand trauma, rediscover resilience and encounter the transforming life of Christ.

At its heart is experiential union — moving beyond knowing about Christ to increasingly experiencing and embodying His life.

Because the glorious Church is not simply a structure or system. She is a people fully alive in Him.
